After having had success with a polyester fiber-filled cervical pillow in the past, I was excited to upgrade to a cervical pillow filled with natural materials (wool). But although the materials are better in this pillow, it is beyond uncomfortable to sleep on. It causes my neck to be higher than it should be, and the dip in the center for the head is too narrow so my head is cranked upward when it should be flat. I had my husband try it and it's the same thing for him. What's worse is I didn't open it within the 30-day return window because I was waiting on the rest of my new bedding to arrive, so now I'm stuck with an expensive, uncomfortable pillow I can't use.
