Each and every pillow insert is inspected and weighed before shipping in an effort to minimize flaws and defects. Our factory foreman supervises all of the production, and he ensures that all of our quality control procedures are meticulously followed. We typically recommend that round inserts should be about 3-4” larger than your pillow cover. Standard Cover Our standard polypropylene material cover is made from pressed 100% brand-new polyester fibers for a clean, durable pillow shell. These pillows can be washed in a washing machine on the "gentle" cycle and dried with a dryer on low heat. You can add a couple tennis balls inside a dryer-safe bag to bounce around the dryer while these pillows are being dried for a full, fluffy pillow insert with no extra fluffing effort required.
